Changing parental control settings for Netflix movie and television streaming is easy. This guide will efficiently walk you through how to do so.

Netflix supports having multiple profiles per account. Each profile has its own content settings available. To easily change parental controls, visit the Netflix website on a laptop or desktop computer.
Change maturity levels (and hide specific titles)
Click the “Manage profiles” button.
Click the profile that you would like to change content ratings for.
Under the “Maturity settings” section, click the Edit button.
Select the content rating that you would like to apply to this profile, then click the Save button. You can also hide specific movies and TV shows under the “Title restrictions” section by entering a show or movie name into the text box. Save the changes again if applicable.
Set a profile to kids' mode
From the home page, click the profile icon at the upper-right corner. Click the Account menu.
Under the “Profile & parental controls” section, select the profile that you would like to apply kids' mode for. Under “Viewing restrictions”, click the Change button.
Under the “Kids profile” section, click the checkbox. Click the Save button.
Lock a profile with a PIN (and restrict profile creation)
From the home page, click the profile icon at the upper-right corner. Click the Account button.
Under the “Profile & parental controls” section, select the profile that you would like to apply a PIN for. Under “Profile lock”, click the Change button.
Click the checkbox found next to “Require a PIN…” If this profile is the account owner’s profile, you can also click the checkbox found next to “Require [User’s] PIN” to restrict the creation of new profiles. Once you’ve made the changes, click the Save button.
Turn autoplay on or off
From the home page, click the profile icon at the upper-right corner. Click the “Manage profiles” menu.
Click the profile that you would like to change autoplay settings for.
Under the “Auto-play controls” section, untick the applicable checkboxes.
Access viewing history for a profile
From the home page, click the profile icon at the upper-right corner. Click the Account menu.
Under the “Profile & parental controls” section, select the profile that you would like to review history for. Under “Viewing activity”, click the View button.
From this menu you can review the watch history for this profile.
Setup complete
